The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned upon our arrival, with the toilet, mirror, and shower door being dirty.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Dusseldorf - Hauptbahnhof, An Ihg. The room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable and peace all around for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a great selection of food. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance of the central train station and conveniently close to various U-Bahn stations. Though the hotel may seem a bit isolated, there are nearby grocery stores and restaurants that are easily accessible with directions. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, and convenient location.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to both the train station and the city center. I also appreciated the value for money, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with three beds available for larger groups. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
